Give or Take Day – the last Saturday of every month at Acton MarketThe last Saturday of every month is ‘Give or Take Day’ at Acton Market. The regular monthly event has been happening since January 2008 and is put on in partnership with Ealing Council. So what is Give or Take Day? The idea is to reduce the amount of waste that is being put into landfills by encouraging people to recycle things they don’t want. We’re looking for good quality household items, garden tools, bric-a-brac, books, videos/dvds and cds. We cannot accept electrical items, knives or clothing. Please don’t bring broken items especially broken toys or household goods. Give or Take Day takes place from 12:30pm until 3:00pm on the last Saturday of every month at Acton Market, which is located on The Mount/King Street in Acton, W3. [Back to News] |
